The only document related to Peckham that had the word "inquiry" in it was the following article (not book): Jane Lewis, 'The Peckham Health Centre: "An Inquiry into the Nature of Living"', Bulletin of the Society for the Social History of Medicine, 30-31 (1982), 39-43.
